National Conference

Central Council for Research in Siddha with the support of Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India organised a National Conference on “Global Acceptance for Siddha System of Medicine: Scope and Challenges” which was held on 28^th & 29^th September, 2018 at Amma Arangam, Community Hall, Shenoy Nagar, Chennai.

Honb’le Minister of State (I/C) Shri Shripad Yesso Naik, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India inaugurated the conference and released the conference abstract volume.

During the valedictory function, Shri P. N. Ranjit Kumar, Joint Secretary, Ministry of AYUSH released the official maiden Journal of Research in Siddha medicine and launched the official new website of CCRS.

About 1080 delegates and dignitaries participated in this National level conference.

15 plenary lectures were delivered and scientific abstracts (115 Oral and 212 posters) were presented in the scientific sessions.
